Case Study
Quality XHTML
Adam Roberts wanted a logo for his up and coming project Quality XHTML. Quality XHTML was to be one of those XHTML Coding services that are cropping up on the internet at the moment.
Adam once again gave me a blank canvas, what can be quite challenging sometimes. There absolutely no requests what so ever as the website or any other branding had not even started yet.
I went to my sketchbook to start brain storming on what ideas would work and what ideas wouldn’t. As soon as I started to get a few decent ideas I moved in to Adobe Illustrator.
I started on my first draft as usual. The idea that I had was to show a single page icon with some clean XHTML mark up on it. I decided to curl the page so that the end user could tell that it was indeed real paper and not just a shape.
Adam was impressed with the first version and only asked for a few real minor tweaks for the final design.
